LSU Head and Neck Didactic Day - 2026

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (5.00 hours)

The overall goal is to provide an opportunity for practicing physicians, medical students, residents and other healthcare providers (nurses, speech pathologists, etc.) to learn about topics relating to general otolaryngology, head and neck trauma, diseases of the skull base, head and neck tumors and pediatric diseases of the head and neck, and to exchange knowledge and experiences which will enhance education and the future care of patients with head and neck pathology. Powerpoint slides, simulation exercises and role playing are methods of teaching that are used.

1. At the end of each conference, participants should be able to discuss differential diagnoses and compare, contrast and evaluate different surgical techniques, reconstructive options when applicable, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of patients presenting with a specific disease process pertaining to the field of otolaryngology - head and neck surgery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Our Lady of the Lake Continuing Medical Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
