Overview
Structural Heart case review is a national expectation and a proven approach to improve patient care. The conference will use shared decision making among providers and improve patient care. The multidisciplinary team will discuss, and review scheduled structural heart cases/ patients and potential structural heart cases vs surgical valve replacements (SAVR) patients. Improves physician knowledge, competence, performance, quality care, ensures patients meet criteria for structural heart patients. Ensure patient selection is appropriate for a Transcatheter valve approach vs. a Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement (SAVR) based on each patient. Review and reflect best practice standards for Transcatheter valve procedures and Surgical valve procedures.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
